How do I know which band size fits my watch?
Most watches have the lug width (in millimeters) engraved on the underside of the current band. If not, you can measure the distance between the lugs of your watch head using a metric ruler. We offer sizes ranging from 16mm to 24mm to fit thousands of traditional and smartwatches.
What is the difference between Quick Release and standard pins?
Our Quick Release spring bars allow you to swap your strap in seconds without any tools. A tiny cylindrical button on the underside of the band can be pressed with your finger to retract the pin, making it effortless to match your watch to your daily outfit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship BARTON bands to watch enthusiasts globally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your strap. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn watch band within 30 days of purchase. Simply visit our Returns Portal to start the process and receive a prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders).
How should I clean and maintain my leather watch band?
To preserve the life of your Top Grain leather band, avoid submerging it in water. For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and a mild leather conditioner if necessary. For high-intensity activities or swimming, we recommend switching to our Silicone or Elite Nylon collections.
Are your bands compatible with Apple Watch?
Yes! We offer dedicated Apple Watch adapters in various finishes (Silver, Black, Rose Gold, etc.) that allow you to use any of our standard leather, silicone, or canvas straps with your Apple Watch Series 1 through Ultra.
