Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the watch bands in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
